Think the only thing you cn do is abrade,prime with dulux supergrip and use paint & grain pine effect. Erm thats if thay are interior of course. Or maybe cheaper to buy and fit new doors
Stain penetrates right into the wood, and so you can't remove stain from wood like you can paint that remains just on it's surface.
About the only way to STAIN those doors the colour you want to to sand the wood down to remove the stained wood, and re-stain.
There are ways to bleach stained wood in an effort to take the colour out, but my understanding is that the results are often both unpredictable and unattractive.
