Darts and Snooker

Having made my highest break in snooker (109) and hitting an out shot at darts (141) Im chuffed.

Does any other member play any of the above and do you enjoy it?

I enjoy a game of Snooker when I get the chance gassafeman but it's been at least two years since I had a cue in my hand. If I could achieve a 109 I'd be dancing on the ceiling! Darts is ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to have a game.

I love playing snooker, dont mind the odd game of darts

My mate is world ranked player and had a few 147's. He gives me 40 starts and I have not beaten him yet!

Highest break at snooker 137, town champion 6 times, last eight of English amateur, never good enough to turn pro.....

Darts....I can hit the board..........

Highest break in snooker was 101 though somewhat of a freak as my highest consistent level of break was in the 60's

Highest checkout in darts = 170

Prefer playing snooker but I'm much better at darts ... Ain't life a bi.t.ch

Edit: Great 'check-out' at 170. Never can hit the bulls eye.

I love the bullseye and 25 but absolutely HATE double 3 ... I never throw for it preferring 2 double 2 instead.

I should have worked at hitting it rather than letting it become a psychological barrier but I generally hit the 2's or 1's and so I've never bothered

I have exactly the same problem with the bull. 25's Ill hit all day long if I need them. In my eyes, the 'bull' is a bigger target but I seem to think myself out of hitting it. I have a similar problem in snooker with the yellow ball - you miss so many into a cetain pocket and it becomes an issue.
