Hi
I have a prehistoric hard wired door phone I inherited with my flat which has always been partly broken. It's now so scrappy looking outside no one uses the buzzer as they don't think it works and I want to remove it.
The internal unit isn't too bad, the wire is out of the wall. But, once I get to the transformer I'm lost, no idea what to do - and the cables go out in to my external brick wall.
Is this something I can remove myself, or do I get in a professional?
TIA
