My personal opinion is that it is a wate of time because :
a) All the very attractive ones get a lot of attention from guys so will tend to be very choosy.
b) Most women will be out of your area which means travelling.
c) Some people will be economical with the truth regarding height and weight etc.
Best way to meet a partner is in everyday situations such as shopping or out and about.

Have a large group of close friends, all known each other since school days. One couple got divorced, and the male started internet dating, told us of all sorts of things he got up too with the women he met .
