De Dietrich hob element

Hi all, new on here but great site.

I have a De Dietrich WM3236E2 Ceramic hob and the bottom left ring has gone. I believe it is called a Halostar cooking zone – 180mm, 1.8kw.

Where could i find a replacement and is this something I could replace myself?
