Dead Henry PCB

Hi

My Henry Xtra has a dead PCB, The Henry is now running as I've bypassed the PCB, but I'd like to bring all the functionality back.

The PCB Model No is 208428, I'd like to know if the later PCB model 208700 is a direct replacement and can be used in my Henry. I can't see any reason why not, but I'd like a definitive answer before I buy one.
