After reading countless threads on this forum, I've worked up a plan for my deck. A friend has offered to source the timber using his trade account which should keep costs to a reasonable level.
It's a ground level deck, attached to the house.
Footings will be blocks (resting on concrete) at 150cm intervals.
I've left gaps for air bricks in the wall, creating three separate ledger boards.
I haven't yet included noggins, but I thought this would be a good time to open this up for feedback - does this look like a pretty robust (but not over-engineered) solution?
