delete a web page

hi... i have gone into a web site www.just answer and i cannot come out of it no matter how i try i can't get rid. i turn my computer off and then on and the web page is still on. i have been on google for help but all the sites that come up are for the just answer web site. does anyone know a solution.

If you're referring to www.justanswer.com it works ok for me and doesn't make any attempt to set itself as my home page. Have you tried using a different browser?
