Hello I'm in the process of installing talk talk security software its gets so far and then says that ad-aware is incompatible and that I need to delete it but I cannot find it anywhere not sure what to do where to find it,I've looked program files/uninstaller but it must be on there somewhere so can anybody help please

Does nothing come up if you search for ad-aware or lava-soft in the start menu?
Once you find an icon, you can right click on it / properties / select destination folder.

I have used ad-aware on several machines, and found it fairly easy to remove.
Have a look in "all programmes" and IIRC there will be an uninstaller in the Lavasoft list. Might be called "unwise" or similar.
If it has been removed but not completely or successfully removed, try downloading the latest version (it is free) from Lavasoft to install it afresh, and then uninstalling it with the Lavasoft tool. The new versions remove the old one so it should clean up for you.

No nothing at all I've looked in the registry and lavasoft is there but I just looked
