DeLonghi Coffee Machine Leaking

Good morning, I hope someone can advise.

Our Delonghi EC146.B has started leaking. I took the top plastic cover off to investigate and note the rust. When switched on, water is coming out at the point circled in red.

As it is a nut shape, I assume this may come off and have some form of washer/seal?

Can this part be replaced and if so, what do I need to get please?
