Demolish Flat Roof Garage

Hi,

We have a ugly flat roofed garage that I just can't wait to get rid of.

It has chippings on it, ashfelt, bitumem onto planks. The garage is leaning a bit on one side.

What is the best way to demolish it? Do you try taking up the ashfelt or go straight for the planks?

Any other advice?
