Not with the key no. These can be undone, however I’m not certain of the integrity of the grip ring etc afterwards. They have a green grip ring and a black o-ring, but these usually expand whilst trying to manoeuvre them. For what purpose are you demounting them?
Yes. I would like to point out, if these are part of the hot and cold water system, then it would be best not leaving any dead legs, unless you intend to reuse them.
You unscrew the end, pull it out the fitting, grasp the grab ring with a pair of pliers and twist to snap them off. Then fit you stop ends on .... just check where the seal in the stop end will sit and ensure it clears where the grab ring sat so it doesn't leak. They usually miss the spot.
