Dense 7 insulation

I will be building single block wall outbuilding with dense7 440X215X100 blocks what would be ideal insulation thickness to meet BR using Kingspan?

I was thinking block,50mm kingspan, 12.5 plasterboard

You are using the term 'outbuilding' and 'building regulations' in the same sentence.

What is it that you are trying to achieve with this outbuilding?

A single skin structure would probably need in excess of 125mm of celotex type insulation.

It more practical however to build a secondary timber stud skin within the block shell.

Outbuilding it's 29qm sauna,wc,shower,lounge , I'm trying to build with single block without rendering it was suggested in forum that dense 7 would be ideal .
