Desludging a closed heating system

I would like to desludge my heating system, but I'm not quite sure how to go about doing it with a closed system. How would I go about getting the chemicals into the system? Do I need a pump, or some other bit of equipment?

Fernox do a cartridge which you can inject into a radiator.
