Hi, Any help or guidance appreciated. I’ve moved into a property with electric UFH in the bathroom, controlled by a Devireg 550 controller. The heating works (mat comes on warm etc) but the control is partially broken and the control knob doesn’t work.
We have UFH elsewhere in the house running on Heatmiser Neo stats so I purchased an electric UFH compatible stat yesterday - Heatmiser neoStat-e Electric Thermostat (White) v2. Having wired up yesterday and set the stat to NTC 15 K Ohms with Floor Probe only (as it’s outside the bathroom), the unit switches on but the floor only gets slightly warm. The probe reads 17 degrees where the target temp is 21. I’ve left on for a few hours but no change. I can confirm that there is electric passing through to the mat once the thermostat is calling for heat. The remainder of the Stat settings are factory default. I swapped back to the Devireg to check I hadn’t broken anything and the mat comes on fine again suggesting something with the Heatmiser?
