Difference between old two-way switch and new two-way switch

Hello! Generally speaking, when we say two-way light switch, it refers to traditional toggle two-way light switch. Now there is a new electrical touch two-way light switch. Who here knows the differences between these two kinds of switches?

I suspect he means it's a touch sensitive switch, not a mechanical one.
