Digital kwh meter

Afternoon all,
I've got a cu and tails change to do and the property has a digital type meter, never having had to change the tails from or had dealings with one of these meters to date does anybody have any tips to gaining access to the terminals inside.
I'm sure the meter seal fairy might have visited before I get there.

I've seen an installation where the fairies had put the old tails into a 100A DP isolator, and the electrician ran off this with his new tails.

Not even the fairies had touched the meter.

Funnily enough the fairies had used an "old stock" isolator so it must have been done years ago.
