Hi I live in east essex and we get a very poor rececptin for freeview.we have to use freesat.
I hope to buy a recorder but can't decide which to get freesat or freeview.
We go full digital in july so would this give a strong signal for freeview or should I stay with freesat

You may get a stronger freeview signal but it still might not be adequate.
