Hi everyone, I just bought this fireplace however from the side whereas the fan is, the fireplace is not producing mist. What could be the issue?

I really wonder what is this device and how the Earth Pin shutter is circumvented in the device plugged into the BS 1363 Socket Outlet (behind) in the picture concerned.

I assume you mean the left socket. The right socket also seems to have a Schuko plug forced in to it.

We live in malta which uses a triple plug, however anything bought outside malta has only a dual plug, therefore this is how we work with plugs. Don't mean to be rude but I came here to ask for the fireplace not the plugs ..

Appreciate that, but correct wiring is more important for your safety. The Schuko plug on the right has two pins granted but has an earth via side strips . It should be cut off and the correct 3 pin plug for your socket fitted. This is FOR YOUR SAFETY.

I appreciate that, do you have any remarks regarding the issue with the myst produced of the fireplace?

I don't know. It appears to be faulty and your first port of call should be the retailer you bought it from.
