dimplex wall heater

Please advise. I bought a Dimplex heater approx 5 years. At the weekend it stopped working!!!

I already have another Dimplex heaterin the living room that no longer works. I have been told it may just be the reset button? needs checking.

Can this be the case. Where do you locate
