Diplomat ADP 8224 error code E3

Hi all

I've read similar threads about the E3 error code on the Diplomat ADP 8224. In some threads people talk about a red reset button on the door thermostat.

I think I am being a bit dumb, but can someone tell me exacly how I access the door thermostat and find the red button to reset.

If this fails, can anyone recommend a good repairer in the Oxford area that is honest, reliable and reasonably price for a call out to sort the job.
