Diplomat ADP8132 dishwasher

I have a fully intergrated ADP 8132 and the problem is the arms are not spinning during the washing cycles. I have checked and they are both moving freely and there seems to be no blockages that i can see (I haven't stripped it down yet) and ideas would be helpful i am thinking poss pump problem?
