Hi All,
Posted on here a few months back about my dodgy dishwasher that wouldnt heat.
After some great help from sleepyhead, I pinpointed down to'probably' be the circuit board in the control unit. Although the heating element was also a strong possability.
Anyway, after weighing up the costs etc, I bought a new element, and guess what - it still didnt work!
So in the end I bought a new dishwasher.
I now have a brand new heating element, a second hand heating element, and all the parts I could strip off the old washer before i binned it.
Although I dont know exactly what each bit is called or what its for, I can take pictures and or describe it for you if you need one.
I have the main motor for the water pump
The drain pump
The temp sensor in the washer
What looks like a temp sensor on the door
The circuit board control unit
The door latch
The tablet door unit
plus a couple of other bits.
If anyone wants to try some bits to see if they fix your fault, I will post them to you at your expense, and if they work you can buy them for a fair price.
Thanks
Wayne
