we have just fitted a brand new electric oven by a qualified electrician.
Soon as you turn knob for temprature it trips switch on fuse board
we bought the oven from an ex display so no recipt was given

So what, the retailer is still responsible.

Did they say it was damaged or faulty?

If the retailer doesn't play ball, contact Trading Standards at your Local Council.

I hope you paid with your Credit Card as you can always claim from the card issuer if the retailer refuses to do anything.

How many ovens? does it trip on both?
