I have previously come across a valve (French I think) that replaces a toilet cistern with an automatically dispensed volume of water for flushing a toilet, thus removing the need for a cistern.
All I can seem to find at the moment are ones for urinals and systems that simply lift a siphon valve within a cistern.
There is also something called a Sloan flushometer, although this only seems to be in the US.
Anybody got any ideas where I might be able to find something in the UK?
