dirty water in drum at end

Hi , My machine has been leaving laundry drenched after completing spin and also I think refilling with water after dry cycle has ended - some clothes are bone dry and others drenched with murky water.checked the pipe- water does drain out but when connect again drum refills even when no program active??? any suggestions please

it sounds like your grey waste pipe is connected to a "spiggot" and not via a standpipe and the water you see is from your sink.

to solve this tie the grey wast pipe up (piece of string) so that at some point it is as high as the m/c so in effect it is if you will, horse shoe shape, the top bit being higher than the m/c
