Discontinued kitchen doors - who supplies them?

Any idea what make/model? Some designs run on for years whilst others are discontinued after only one season. There are a heck of a lot of suppliers out there all with their own distinctive ranges, so unless you know who made it originally you'll struggle. Even if you do know, you'll still struggle
