dishwasher fault - hotpoint FDW70 showing A10

can anyone help me fix error code A10? it came on mid cycle at first but now comes on 2mins into any new attempt.
i have fixed my washing machine before, so with some help, hope I can fix this or is it an engineer job?

Heater gone. New one about 30.00. Plus 2 jubilee clips.
