There are already 2x appliance waste pipes connected there (the grey corrugated ones), typically it would be one for a dishwasher and another for a washing machine.
Do you already have a dishwasher you are replacing, or is this a totally new one?
Water inlet is to a connector similar to what's already there with the small blue handle.
If you need another one, it could be added fairly easily to the short horizontal pipe on the right side.
Thanks. It's not mine, I was just sent the pic. There is only a washing machine there at the moment so the other waste must be spare. So, how do I connect the horizontal pipe to the dishwasher inlet pipe?
You need to add a washing machine tap ( same as blue one in photo) to the spur to right which has been capped off .
If you have limited diy skills you can use a push on variety . Isolate water , remove cap by pushing in rim to release and push on new tap .
