Dishwasher integrated door keeps opening

Please help we have a Matsui MF145 slimline dishwasher which we have installed the door panel to match the rest of the kitchen.

all working fine for last few months but steam starts to come out of the top of the door and then the door opens, causing the dishwasher to stop and beep to let us know.

We have taken the door panel off and the dishwasher does a full wash.

We have adjusted the door springs.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
