dishwasher/washing machine feed

Hey all,

We are moving into a new rented flat and im not sure if it will have the plumbing for my small table top dishwasher. Could i use a t-junction of some kind to split the hot water feed for the washing machine?

If so would it mean running 1 at a time or would the flow be enough to feed both?

but as to if you could run both at same time i doubt it
