Dishwasher

Can anyone help, my dishwasher is currently stopping on the spray cycle and beeping constantly. Does anyone have any idea why it is doing this and what I can do to fix it. It is a whirlpool dishwasher and is 4 years old.

The start light is flashing an error code. Count the flashes between pauses.
Most of the faults are covered in previous postings. If you can't find the answer in them post the error code here.
