Look above the wheel bogey, protuding from the jet nozzel hmm that disc should not be there .. Allegedly it came from an engine on the other side of the aircraft, not under or over but through, ok the lower regions !!

Thankfully on ground , running check on power abnormalities...

Possibly very serious implications for twin-engined aircraft...
