Diversity ?

when you plan on adding a circuit and go through Ib etc... on say cooker circuit - do you apply diversity or can this only be used on a whole job ie: full rewire -

Diversity is applied to every new circuit being installed.

you dont apply diversity to thermostaticaly controlled water heaters,floor warming installations,thermal storage space heating installations and instantaneous water heaters only allow diversity on the third circuit only
