I'm about to buy a DIY conservatory. I take it the forum rules don't allow discussing specific suppliers? Are there any resources on the internet that I can use to check out whether my intended supplier is a cowboy with a long line of people chasing them over defective parts and dodgy goods?

Edited to say : I've reread the rules and perhaps I can quote them. Its http://www.tradepriceconservatories.com/

Anyone had experience good/bad?

Just ask the company for the details of two or three satisfied customers who wouldn't mind being contacted.

If they don't have any then go ahead and find a company that does.

Hiya, all I would say is make sure Exactly what you are getting for your money, whats included, whats not. do you get full and clear instructions? As someone who has been installing conservatories for over 24 years, my advice to you is : its not rocket science, just take your time and follow each section to the letter
