DIY dent repair kit

Can anyone recommend a decent dent repair kit? We have one or two on our Picasso that are fairly minor and have not broken the paint. Have been quoted silly money to get them fixed by mobile outfits, so I thought I might fork out a few quid and have a go myself.
Have seen what looks quite a good kit by Simoniz but it seems only available in the States with a hefty shipping charge to get it to the UK.
Any suggestions very welcome.

Suction pads can work wonders like the ones glass handlers use.

The pro's can do it by massaging the panel, maybe a bit of heat. Try getting a quote from a bodyshop you take the car to, it maybe cheaper (a bit like not paying for a call out charge), as it's really not a lot of work for a pro if they're small dents.
