do i need my drains unbocking ???

Hi,
Problem as follows;
Downstairs toilet frequently has loud 'gurgling' sound at u-bend in drain, as if air is trapped in outlet.
Also, when flushing, it sometimes fills up to near top of bowl, before water level slowly drops.
But it always flushes away, and inspection pit outside is clear.

Do I have a blockage in my drains ? Or any other problem?

You might have something wedged in the pan outlet.
