Question, do you have a company website, and get people asking for information that is actualy on your website?

Yes, I do, and that happens quite a lot, but I'd rather they phone up and ask about stuff that's on the website than not phone up at all!

when you ask do you have a company website do you mean of a company you own or work for?

either tim west, it was just that i was interested / curious in if other people who have / work with a company website get people asking for info which is clearly on the website

Oh I see, well I suppose it depends on how many pages the web site consists of, it's not always easy especially if the website is badly designed to always find what you are looking for, I'm always glad to find a search facility when visiting a site.

I used to have one but I asked the company to remove it from the server as it was a totall embarressment..it look like it had been written by a 8 year old
Dispite them asking me to send them details of my company they put eveything into their own words and they were obviously taken from a generic template
I didnt have any imput at all in the end and dispite being told it would be a 'proper site' it wasnt..it was just a poorly laid out page.
Iomart/easyspace/ufindus/internetters,rapidrank/customerstreet took three months to return my money after countless threats of court action..if you going to use a barge pole to touch this company were asbestos gloves too!

Yep- I had the same experience as you with the same bunch of to55ers! They took a second years payment from me without asking and their 'websites' were carp, this was a couple of years ago and I had a letter from them recently saying that for £200 or so I could keep the domain for another year.......FAT CHANCE
