Do you push or pull?

Get your mind out the gutter, I'm referring to sealant/caulking guns, in the main are you a pusher or a puller?

I'm a pusher and apparently well and truly in a minority! I've always found it gives me a nicer initial bead that requires less finishing.

Sometimes I push, sometimes I pull, then a push, pull push, push pull pull, push push pull, well you get the idea, then once I get my breath back I start all over again.

I tend to pull though I have seen some contractors pushing.
Pushing does seem to give a 'flatter' surface that needs less finishing but it doesn't seem comfortable for me.

If you push you can't see the bead and can't regulate the trigger.
