Used to have a quick scan but, feel they all say things that i blank anyway, so not too bothered nowadays.
I only scan through to make sure there are no nasty's lurking, but usually most is just common sense.
Depends on the type of site.
E.g for forums, no illegal stuff, porn racism etc.
I find it best to lurk a while to get the feel of the place.
For news sites, don't steal their articles, pics etc.

yeah but in the techno/legal jargon they spout, they could say they were going to murder your firstborn child whilst making it look like you were watching countdown on fast-forward through a keyhole in a door !!
