Do you think these posts can be reused????

What's the chance of cutting bolts out to replace wood on these post's? Are the post's past their use & need replacing.
Not tried to remove any yet, but was thinking angle grinder to do the job or am i wasting my time. Cheers for any replies

I would say the posts have had their life.

Cut the bolts off and replace, would you use wood or concrete next time
 
Rusting steel expands and you can see clearly in pic 4 the cracking that has resulted, time for new posts.

If the posts are solid in the ground, I would re-use them and wait until they fall to pieces.
