Dodgy e-mail?

S

Shutpa

Just received a reply to an e-mail which I was expecting. I did not expect the following: "Customer Services @ (SPAM) etc, etc". What does Spam mean in this instance?

Possibly, the message has been through a SPAM filter and has just been tagged. Some filters simply add some text (like the word ***SPAM***) to the subject line, but allow the message to arrive normally.
