you need a strong and robust material to be tongue and groove and sterling board/osb isn't particulary structural so don't think you will easily get txg if at all
yes i think someone mentioned this some time ago osb tends to be quite chunky flakes so not ideal as you wont get very strong or flat boards
yes they may meet the relevant standard but with little in reserve
personally dont like chipboard flooring so solid timber is my preference
