Does carpet underlay contain plasticiser?

Does carpet underlay contain appreciable amounts of solvent or plasticizer that can cause plasticiser migration?

Cromarprufe DPM states that it cannot be used with Rubber tiles, pure vinyl tiles, vinyl sheets, rubber foam backed carpet or any floor covering
containing appreciable amounts of solvent or plasticizer.

is a standard PU underlay ok?
