I have an extension added to the side of the house around 10 years after it was built (it was built in 1960ish).

I want to insulate the underfloor space of the bedroom as it is over an unheated garage.

Is this notifiable?

I have looked here an am confused!

The link you're looking at relates to buildings exempt from B Regs. In this instance you are renovating a thermal element and it will require B regs.
