Doing my level best

I have bought my first flat and the bathroom floor tiles are not level and the grouting is all manky (very technical term! ). Is there any way to level the tiles and then put down new flooring?

I saw in Screwfix a floor levelling screed product and wondered if I could use this and then lay vinyl tiles over the top? I cannot afford to replace/change the floor tiles and bathroom suite so thought this may be the best option?

Yep, aren't dad's just marvellous! Just be careful of the ones that think they know what they're doing, cause when the job goes t*ts up, they take a back step and go to the pub.
