domestic and commercial building regulations

i can't find any solid differences between domestic and commercial regulations which apply to a renovation our group is working on as half the bungalow is now a rented property. and what changes would be necessary between domestic and commercial and what sections would they be mandated

There are no differences. Regulations will apply or not, depending on whether the situation is domestic or commercial.

If I'm down Devon in the summer, I'll hold a special beach seminar "Sand Castles and Building Regulations". Looks like I'll get at least one attendee.
