Domestic Heat exchangers

Approx 15 years ago a number of suppliers were offering 'whole house' ventilation systems which would extract stale air from the house and replace with fresh air. Both streams of air passed through a heat exchanger in the loft so that very little heat was lost.

Are such systems still available?
