Dont know the boiler and which valve to turn for the pressure

Hi, I'm new to this website, I have a question, could someone tell me which two or one of these I should be turning to apply the pressure for the boiler as it currently stands on 0, and rather than getting engineer again out I'd like to see if there is anyway I could do it on my own, thanks.

To the left of hose you need a screw driver. Turn ¼ way.

To right of hose turn the black fandle ¼ turn.

Get to 1.5 bar then turn both off again... bleed rads the repeat if more pressure is needed...

Be sure hoth valves are off when finished

Thank you, very much for fast reply, just before you answered I just turned the handle and it seemed to work as the pressure went up and I made sure it's closed the hot water is back, once again thank you for quick response.
