I asked for a treadboard so its my fault but i didnt realise how raised it would be and didnt realise it sticks out a bit more than i thought.

Anyway its all fitted and silicone joined with the door.

Its fine for now, BUT when i get new flooring i want to put the flooring into the recess.

What is treadboard usually stuck down with? Will it be a nightmare to remove? Its basically a wooden block with a UPVC cover, just looks like a windowsill, its a concrete floor underneath.

A piece of wood with UPVC covering it, looks just like a windowsill but on concrete floor.

It'll lever up with a crowbar. It may or may not bring some of the flooring material with it.
Brill cheers, is it likely just stuck down with concrete adhesive or something?

Its wooden underneath (with upvc covering the top) and the floors concrete underneath.
